Agile Leadership Training
Implementing Agile methods for solution development requires more than well trainer practitioners. It requires a receptive organization. Agile leadership is the art of creating an environment where agile teams collaborate, learn from each other, get quick feedback from users and focus on continuous learning. The goal of Agile leaders is to bring awareness among their teams to the practices and principles of agility and how they apply to business success.
Agile leadership training conveys the core mindset, methodologies and tools for transforming Agile theory into business results. Participants learn how to build and assist agile teams to achieve better outcomes, as well as how to lead the cultural and behavioral changes that companies must make to enjoy the advantages of an agile product delivery methodology, through a combination of instruction and team-based activities. Participants will also assess their organization's Agile readiness and identify potential changes that would improve results.
Engagements typically range from a few days to a few weeks.
